oh, you go to the user's page of whom you want to watch, and above all their deviation and journal stuff is a darker grey bar. It has all these buttons on it, like General, Gallery, Scraps, ect ect. Somewhere on there should be a +Watch button or something like that. Just click that and tadaaa~
